I ordered it on Tuesday and their site said delivery for free by ground in 7 to 10 days. It came the NEXT DAY! It was in perfect condition and as advertised. I couldn't be more pleased.

I guess I spoiled the surprise because she had to tell me to return this one. My customer service rep, Alfred Smith, was courteous and professional. He quickly gave me a return authorization number for my return. I wish other retailers were this hassle-free to deal with and had this kind of customer service.
